A worldwide family of Catholics living out the message of Our Lady of Fatima.
Its members commit to living out the message of Our Lady of Fatima for the rest of their lives, offering penance for poor sinners and making reparation to Her Immaculate Heart.
In 1917 the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared six times to three shepherd children at the Cova da Iria, near Fatima in Portugal. What she asked of them was not complicated, and it has not changed since: prayer, penance, and reparation for the sins that wound her Immaculate Heart.
She asked for the daily Rosary. She asked for sacrifices offered for the conversion of sinners. She made known the devotion of the Five First Saturdays, and she asked for the consecration of Russia to her Immaculate Heart. And she gave the promise that gives this work its name and its hope — that in the end, her Immaculate Heart will triumph.
The Confraternity exists so that those requests are not left as history. Membership is a commitment to live them: daily prayer, monthly confession, a daily act of penance, the Brown Scapular, the Five First Saturdays, and the Consecration to Jesus through Mary.

As of 2025, active apostolates in the United States, the Philippines and Tanzania.
We continue to welcome new members from countries around the world, and we hope to appoint local directors in each nation in the near future.
That growth is the reason for our National Coordinators programme and for the ongoing translation of our materials into major languages: a devotion meant for the whole Church should not be available only to those who read English.
If you are reading this and there is no apostolate yet in your country, that is not an obstacle. Membership begins with the commitment, not with the map.
Our National Coordinators are members who have taken responsibility for the Confraternity in their own country — welcoming new members in their own language, keeping them connected to the wider family, and making the devotion local rather than foreign. Where a country has no coordinator yet, the invitation to serve as one is open.
