How to enroll your loved ones:

1. Enter your email address, name, contact number and country (country is optional).
2. Write the names of the souls you wish to enroll, one name per line. You may also enroll “the forgotten souls” or “the souls of your family.”
3. Click Submit.

Please enroll only the names of the faithful departed. You may enroll as many names as you wish and fill out this form more than once.
